The EULA governs the software itself: the license to install and run the desktop app. How you may use this website is covered separately by the Terms of Service.
What the EULA will cover
- Your license to install and run the StageMind desktop application.
- What you may and may not do with the software (copying, reverse-engineering, redistribution).
- Ownership of the software versus ownership of the scripts you create with it.
- Updates, and how the license carries across them.
- Warranty disclaimers and the limits of liability for the app.
This is an outline of scope only. Nothing here is a binding license; the counsel-reviewed agreement replaces it before launch.
